i know i am about to fall really sick.just that i do not know how sick is sick gonna be.the past 2 days i've been enduring fever,flu/sinus, slight sore throat and feel the chills right down to the bones.

so either i have my usual sinus attack or H1N1.

hopefully neither comes in the next 4 days since i am in the run for an 8 hour time bank."anything" must happen post 1st of October onwards onlyla.i ask just this from God.

i deserve the 8 hour!!!86 days of perfect attendance must NOT go to waste.

i hardly get to hang out with all my fellow colleagues and my boss in a relaxed environment since we work reallyyyyy hard in different shifts.so it's nice to be off work for a couple of hours in the afternoon and just chill and what else....BOWL!!!! our first team outing late last year was dinner at Chilis' which was more of a get to know your boss and vice verse since jamie was in his 2nd month stint.everyone was in their best behaviours.i had the lamb shank which was yummy.nothing else happened.at least that i can remember.so last year news anyway :) so about 2 weeks ago,we took the monorail ( felt like a " lawatan sambil belajar ") to Berjaya Times Sq's Ampang SuperBowl Centre for 2 games of bowling - women vs men.i was to bowl against my boss.rite.who thankfully sucked as well.hahaha!

both games were won by men because they had jamil.jamil's pretty good actually or just that we sucked so badly that he was the best in the worst.

i was just glad that i beat jamie in the second game by individual points.muahahahaha!

jztin turned 22 on 17th July.m so darn proud of him. sipped in the flaming lambor i got him like a MAN.no drunken drama.no emo convo.just some good ol' plain and simple F-U-N.

6th June -Celebrated Kasturi's wedding. She looked absolutely glowing.Am truly happy for you Kasturi.I know choosing the person you want to spend your life with was not a walk in the park.The wait was worth it - i'm sure.

8th June - Received sad news that Cha's mama passed away. Funeral was the next day.She is a very strong woman.I would not have been able to even breathe if that happened to me.I know me.May he rest in peace. May she have part of God's strength to weather the coming years which will be cruel and harsh.She's got us in the mean time.

11th June - Decided after what seemed like a year to call HSBC and ask for my Rihanna concert tixs refunded.BITCH!

12th June - Time flies.time heals.time decides.

18th June - 1-1 with Jamie.Tension!

22nd June week - WORK.MEETINGS.CONFERENCE CALLS.SBS.1-1.CLEAR 1000 EMAILS.H1N1 CALLS.VIRTUAL VISIT.RECTANGULAR COACHING ETC!!!

25th June - The passing of Farrah Fawcett & the King of Pop, Micheal Jackson.Sad and tragic.

26th June - Aunty P came to visit me :P

26th June - Movie Date - Transformers @ Pavilion. I want a man like Prime. He is so genuine.

27th & 28th June - Helped Cat set-up her new crib at CI2 - I love interior designing homes. Maybe i should pursue it as a career...hmmm...:)

28th June - Reality kicked in.Real Hard.Real Pain.Real.

30th June - Handed over my Mid Year Performance Review at 11.50PM ((dateline:12m/n) I work better both under pressure & pleasure....:)*

01 July - Was surprised and shy which rarely rarely happens...so thank you YOU... xoxo back

i) keychain holder - my PINK holder has tatters and i've lost my postbox key-need to get replacement nw!c wat i mean guys...i need to get a NEW one...maybe a braun buffel? :)

Colleagues vs Best Friends vs Soul Mates

I had coffee with a good friend today who opened my eyes to the evil that friends are capable of. This friend has been telling me this for yonks , i gess i just did not want to accept the sad possibility. I am naive to a large extent because i feel that if i treat others with respect and genuine love, i would receive the same.
I am slowly learning that it is not.
With all the drama happening around me, everyone wants a piece of my life. But my life is my own. Rented possibly but my own. I decide my destiny. I decide who my friends are. I decide who is my soul mate. I decide where i walk to and with who i walk with...
I don't need 10 fake friends , just 3 true ones. Thankfully i know that i have 10 true friends and 3 fake ones. Not a lot of us can say this with conviction. I'm glad that i can.

This lovely Dutch couple that we became friends with over 2.5 years ago called me this evening.
Speak about perfect timing. I never used to believe the phrase " when it rains , it pours ". I always thought those who said it only said it b'coz they couldn't handle the situation.
BOY have i been wrong in the past 8 weeks. ... and i've been asking myself everyday when will it stop raining ! Pray for me that the sun will shine on me tomorrow or burn me which will probably be good for me....
